- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido en segunda instancia por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, mediante el cual se negó la protección de los derechos vulnerados por la accionada.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la protección de los derechos al trabajo y al mínimo vital. En consecuencia, ORDENAR al Gerente del Hospital Universitario San José de Popayán que, si todavía no lo ha hecho, en el término de cinco (5) días siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, proceda a cancelar los salarios adeudados, so pena de las sanciones por desacato.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
