- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del juzgado
- Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Ibagué, de fecha cuatro (4) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996). En consecuencia, tutelar el derecho de petición del señor William Ayala Herreño o Hamilton Henao Morales o Nelson Quiroga Granados, pero en los términos expresados en esta sentencia.
- Segundo. El Asesor Jurídico de la Penitenciaría Nacional de Ibagué, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, después de ser notificado, deberá contestarle al demandante si es procedente concederle la cita y que el propio interesado examine su hoja de vida y determine, él mismo, qué juzgados lo requieren. En caso de ser procedente, deberá fijar una fecha no mayor a una semana para que esto se lleve a cabo.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR esta decisión al Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal del Circuito, para que sean notificadas las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
