- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Santa Fé de Bogotá, Sala Especial, el 10 de marzo de 1995, en relación con la acción de tutela presentada por los señores ANTONIO AMBROSIO ESGUERRA y ALVARO ROJAS SARAVIA.
- SEGUNDO. Adicionar la providencia del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, para los efectos de que por conducto de la Secretaría General de la Alcaldía Mayor de Santa Fé de Bogotá, se remitan al Director General de COLDEPORTES, las investigaciones disciplinarias adelantadas contra los señores ANTONIO AMBROSIO ESGUERRA y ALVARO ROJAS SARAVIA a fin de que adopte dentro del ámbito de su competencia, las medidas y decisiones a que haya lugar, si encuentra mérito para ello, con la observancia de la plenitud de las formas propias del respectivo juicio, con la advertencia expresa de que lo anterior no equivale a desvirtuar el contenido material de la providencia que impuso las sanciones mencionadas.
- TERCERO. Por la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
