- PRIMERO. Confirmar la sentencia del Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Fundacion, Magdalena, fechada el 4 de febrero de 1994, pero, por las razones expuestas en la presente providencia.
- SEGUNDO. Remitir copia de esta providencia a la Procuraduria General de la Nacion para lo de su competencia, en relacion con la actuacion administrativa del senor Alcalde encargado y el senor Asesor Juridico, ambos del municipio de El Pinon, Magdalena, en la administracion del conflicto que origino la presente accion de tutela.
- TERCERO. Comunicar esta providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de El Pinon, Magdalena, para lo previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
