En los terminos de esta Sentencia, REVOCANSE los fallos proferidos por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellin y por los juzgados 10 Laboral del Circuito, 5 Laboral del Circuito y 6 Laboral del Circuito de Medellin, al resolver sobre las acciones de tutela incoadas por Maria Deyanira Ruiz Velez y otros, cuyos nombres aparecen en el cuadro anexo a esta providencia, y, en su lugar, se DENIEGA el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria, LIBRESE la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
