  1. Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
  2. Cuarto. Laboral de Bogotá. En su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la digna subsistencia, al mínimo vital, y al trabajo.
  3. Segundo. ORDENAR al representante legal de la empresa "Autobuses Olímpica Ltda." que, en el término máximo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contado a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, cancele a los actores todos los salarios a ellos adeudados.
  4. Del cumplimiento de la orden impartida, se deberá el informar al juez de primera instancia.
  5. Tercero. De no cumplir con lo dispuesto en la presente sentencia, el aludido representante legal incurrirá en desacato, en los términos señalados por el artículo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
  6. Cuarto. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
