- Primero. Confirmar parcialmente la sentencia del Juzgado
- Décimo. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla, de fecha 27 de noviembre de 1995, por las razones expuestas en la presente providencia. En consecuencia, se tutelan el derecho a la salud del joven Pedro Pablo Jurado Durán y el de petición del abogado Roberto Orozco Caballero. No se tutelan los derechos a la educación ni la debido proceso.
- Segundo. Por encontrarse superada la situación que dio lugar a esta sentencia, sólo se prevendrá al Distrito Militar Nro. 10, en los términos del artículo 24 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Tercero. Comuníquese esta decisión al Juzgado Diez y ocho Civil Municipal de Barranquilla, para que sean notificadas las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
