- Primero. REVOCAR el Fallo proferido el 24 de septiembre de 1999 por el Juzgado 35 Civil del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá, mediante el cual se negó la protección solicitada. En su lugar, se concede la tutela de los derechos al pago oportuno de pensiones y al mínimo vital.
- En consecuencia, se ORDENA a la empresa "Acerías Paz del Río S.A." que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, si no lo hubiere hecho ya, cancele todas las mesadas pensionales que actualmente le adeuda a la peticionaria.
- Segundo. SE PREVIENE a la entidad demandada para que evite incurrir nuevamente en conductas como la que dio origen a la instauración de la acción de tutela en referencia.
- Tercero. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
