- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el JUZGADO PROMISCUO MUNICIPAL DE LANDÁZURI, el veintitrés (23) de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994).
- SEGUNDO. SOLICITAR al JUZGADO PROMISCUO MUNICIPAL DE LANDÁZURI, la iniciación del correspondiente proceso de custodia, cuidado personal y protección de la menor DIANA MORENO RODRÍGUEZ.
- TERCERO. De conformidad con lo dispuesto por el numeral
- primero. del artículo 277 del Código del Menor, copia de esta sentencia se enviará al Director General del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, para que expresamente instruya al Defensor de Familia en relación con su intervención judicial y extrajudicial en favor de la menor DIANA MORENO RODRÍGUEZ.
- CUARTO. COMUNICAR este fallo a dicho Juzgado, para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
