- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Sala de casación Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y, en su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales invocados.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a los entes públicos demandados que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta Sentencia, cancelen a Maura Romero de González todas las mesadas atrasadas y las primas pensionales que aún le adeudan.
- Tercero. PREVENIR al Fondo de Pensiones de la Industria Licorera del Magdalena para que evite incurrir en dilaciones en el pago de las mesadas pensionales de sus extrabajadores.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
