- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Guamo (Tolima).
- Segundo. TUTELAR los derechos al trabajo y al mínimo vital del accionante. En consecuencia, ordenar al Alcalde de Guamo (Tolima) que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta Sentencia, proceda a cancelar los salarios adeudados a Odilio Ramírez Arias, quien trabaja como obrero al servicio del Municipio.
- En caso de que no se cuente con la disponibilidad presupuestal suficiente, deberá dentro del mismo término deberá iniciar las gestiones que en el lapso de un mes le permitan cumplir con lo ordenado.
- Tercero. Enviar copia del expediente y de este fallo a la Procuraduría para lo de su cargo.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
