- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal Municipal de Ibagué, en cuanto concedió la protección solicitada y dispuso el pago de las sumas adeudadas. Se REFORMA la providencia en el sentido de que el Departamento del Tolima deberá pagar como sanción moratoria "un día de salario por cada día de retardo hasta que se haga efectivo el pago", de conformidad con lo previsto en el parágrafo del artículo 2 de la Ley 244 de 1995.
- Segundo. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
