Primero. CONFIRMAR, pero por la razones expuestas, el fallo del Juzgado 14 Penal del Circuito de Cali, por medio del cual se negó por improcedente la acción de tutela interpuesta por Miguel Uribe Londoño como agente oficioso de la señora Olga Elvira Franco Garcés.
Segundo. ORDENAR que, por medio de la Secretaría General, se remita copia de la presente providencia al Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, para lo de su competencia.
Tercero. COMUNICAR esta sentencia al Juzgado 14 Penal del Circuito de Cali, para los fines previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
