- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, Sala Laboral, el 8 de febrero de 1995, en relación con la acción de tutela interpuesta por la señora ANA RAQUEL LEON PARRA.
- SEGUNDO. Por la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
