- PRIMERO. DECLARAR la nulidad, de todo lo actuado, a partir de la providencia del dieciseis (16) de diciembre de mil novecinetos noventa y dos (1992), inclusive, proferida por el Juzgado 1o. Laboral del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, por la cual se rechazo la solicitud de accion de tutela formulada a traves de apoderado judicial por el senor MANUEL DANTE PAIS GARCIA.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Juzgado 1o. Laboral del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, que adelante el proceso, en debida forma, con arreglo a las disposiciones de los decretos 2591 de 1991 y 306 de 1992.
- TERCERO. DEVOLVER el expediente al Juzgado 1o. Laboral del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, para efectos de notificar el presente fallo al accionante y dar cumplimiento a lo resuelto.
