- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 25 Penal Municipal de Cali el 17 de noviembre de 1995, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia. En su lugar SE CONCEDE la tutela al derecho al buen nombre de la accionante y SE ORDENA a DATACREDITO DE COMPUTEC S.A. que en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo SUPRIMA el registro que posea como deudora en su banco de datos respecto de NORALBA BOLIVAR CEBALLOS identificada con cédula de ciudadanía No. 31.991.286 de Cali.
- SEGUNDO. Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos contemplados en esa norma.
