- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas los fallos proferidos por el Consejo de Estado el 21 de octubre de 1.992, y por el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Norte de Santander del 10 de septiembre de 1.992, por medio de los cuales se resolvió la acción de tutela impetrada por el ciudadano JESUS OMAR ROCA COLMENARES.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por Secretaría se comunique esta providencia al Tribunal Administrativo de Norte de Santander, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
