- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo de fecha diez de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y cinco, proferido por el Juez Catorce Penal del Circuito de Bucaramanga, mediante el cual se declaró improcedente la acción de tutela instaurado por Luis Antonio Díaz Parra contra el Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique el contenido de esta providencia al Juzgado Catorce Penal del Circuito de Bucaramanga.
