- Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Dieciséis Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá, mediante el cual se declaró improcedente la protección de los derechos invocados por el accionante.
- Segundo. Conceder la protección de los derechos constitucionales fundamentales de la accionante, al mínimo vital, a la subsistencia y a la seguridad social y Ordenar al Representante Legal de la Cooperativa de Transportadores del Tequendama Ltda., que si todavía no lo ha hecho, en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, proceda a cancelar las mesadas pensionales que se le adeudan al actor.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
