- Primero. REVOCAR, la sentencia proferida por la Sala Civil Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Popayan.
- En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela impetrada por Rosalba Galvis Gomez, en cuanto se evidencia la violacion de sus derechos al minimo vital, al trabajo y a la dignidad y justicia que deben caracterizar la relacion laboral.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a las directivas del Hospital Universitario "San Jose" de Popayan, que cancelen, en cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo, los sueldos adeudados a Rosalba Galvis Gomez.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, LIBRESE la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
