- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas, el fallo proferido por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, el día 3 de noviembre de 1993, en relación con la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora KATIA PINZON ARANGUREN.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por Secretaría se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado
- Décimo. Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
