- Primero. REVÓCASE el fallo proferido por en Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Medellín, dentro del proceso de tutela instaurado por Elder Albeiro Mesa Cano, en contra de la Corporación Educativa Nueva Gente -Coringe- y el Departamento de Antioquia, de conformidad con la parte motiva de esta providencia. En consecuencia, ORDÉNASE remitir copia original del expediente al Juzgado
- Sexto. Civil del Circuito de Medellín, para que si aún no lo hubiere hecho, proceda a fallar en favor o en contra del señor Elder Albeiro Mesa Cano, teniendo en cuenta las pretensiones de su demanda.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
