REVOCAR los fallos de tutela proferidos en los siguientes procesos: Expedientes T-348959 y T-348968, actores Ana Lucía Torres Guisao y Abel Casas Córdoba, provenientes del Juzgado Diecisiete Civil del Circuito de Medellín; Expedientes T-347717 y T-353739, demandantes Oscar Hernán Monsalve Mesa y Sonia Lucía Uribe Ortíz, Juzgado
Primero. Penal del Circuito de Medellín; Expediente T-347726, actor Luis Argiro Giraldo Castaño, Juzgado Civil del Circuito de El Santuario, Antioquia; Expediente T-353624 demandante María Elena Botero Giraldo, Juzgado 16 Civil del Circuito de Medellín; Expediente T-352166, actor Héctor Iván Restrepo Betancur, Juzgado 20 Penal del Circuito de Medellín.
En consecuencia, niégase la tutela concedida en los referidos procesos.
