- Primero. CONFÍRMASE la providencia del treinta (30) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y siete (1997) del Juzgado Treinta y Uno (31) Civil del Circuito de Bogotá.
- Segundo. Por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, se solicitará a la oficina del Consejero Presidencial para los Desplazados, ponerse en comunicación con las personas que se denominan "los repatriados de Panamá", para que dentro de las funciones que corresponden a dicha oficina, continúe el desarrollo de las labores con las personas que se encuentran ubicadas temporalmente en la finca El Cacique, corregimiento de Bahía Cupica, municipio de Bahía Solano, departamento del Chocó.
- Para tal efecto, envíese copia de esta providencia y del expediente respectivo, a la Consejería citada.
- Tercero. Líbrense, por la Secretaría General de la Corte, las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí previstos.
