- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Moniquira (Boyaca), el dia 10 de abril de 2000, mediante la cual se concedio el amparo constitucional solicitado por los senores Jose Alberto Hurtado Silva, Elisa Ravelo de Hurtado y William Hurtado Ravelo y CONFIRMAR la sentencia dictada por el Juzgado Penal Municipal de Moniquira (Boyaca), que denego la tutela promovida por los mencionados ciudadanos.
- Segundo. URGIR al alcalde municipal de Moniquira (Boyaca), para que de cumplimiento a las normas contenidas en el Acuerdo 024 de 1995 sobre ordenamiento y adecuacion territorial de ese municipio.
- Tercero. Librense por Secretaria las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
