Primero. REVOCAR los fallos de tutela proferidos por el Juzgado Dieciséis Penal del Circuito de Medellín que concedió las pretensiones de tutela en los siguientes procesos: T-321428 (actor: Luz Stella Ospina I.); T-321429 (actor: Lucia del Socorro Maya Yepes), T-321430 (actor: Martha Giraldo Gómez), T-321432 (actor: Margoth del Socorro Restrepo López), T-321433 (actor: María Judith Valencia Ramírez), T-323566 (actor: María Josefina López Toro). Igual suerte correrán las providencias dictadas por el Juzgado Veintitrés Penal del Circuito de Medellín, T-324797 (actor: Amparo María Cuesta Robledo); Tribunal Superior de Medellín, Sala Penal T-326270 (actor: Antonio María Estrada Saldarriaga); Juzgado Veintiséis Penal del Circuito de Medellín, T-321796 (actor: Isauro Mosquera Mosquera); Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Antioquia, T-328797 (actoras: Nidia Amparo Betancur y Otras); Juzgado

Segundo. CONFIRMAR el fallo de tutela proferido por el Juzgado Dieciséis Penal del Circuito de Medellín T-321431 que denegó la protección de tutela instaurada por la ciudadana Elena de la Cruz Ciro Duque.
Tercero. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
