La actora adujo que las entidades accionadas vulneraron sus derechos fundamentales al desvincularla del cargo que desempeñaba en el ICBF, a pesar de su condición de madre cabeza de familia.

En sede de revisión la Sala conoció que la pretensión de la solicitud de amparo fue satisfecha, en tanto la entidad empleadora, en cumplimiento de la orden emitida por el juez de segunda instancia, hizo efectiva la reubicación pretendida.

Con base en lo anterior, la Sala estimó que no había motivos para emitir un pronunciamiento de fondo y declaró la configuración del fenómeno de la carencia actual de objeto por SITUACIÓN SOBREVINIENTE.
