- Primero. Por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, confirmar la sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, de fecha veintinueve (29) de marzo del año dos mil (2.000), en la que se denegó la tutela presentada por Cesar Augusto Soto Moncada contra la Dirección de Impuestos Distritales.
- Segundo. Ordenar la expedición de copias con destino al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura, para lo de su competencia.
- Por Secretaría General líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
