  1. en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
  2. R E S U E L V E :
  3. PRIMERO. REVOCAR, por las razones expuestas, la sentencia proferida por el H. Consejo de Estado el 24 de agosto de 1993, y en su lugar conceder la tutela solicitada por la Asociación Cívica La Colina Campestre II Sector, en lo referente al derecho de petición.
  4. SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al señor Alcalde Menor de la Localidad de Suba, en el término de 48 horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, resolver las peticiones presentadas y radicadas en ese despacho los días 20 de noviembre y 12 de diciembre de 1990, con los números 4557 y 9018216, respectivamente.
  5. TERCERO. COMUNÍQUESE por Secretaría de esta providencia al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, en los términos del artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
