- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR, pero solamente por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, la sentencia del veintitrés (23) de agosto de 1994, proferida por la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, a través de la cual se revocó la sentencia del Juzgado
- Décimo. de Familia de esta ciudad, y se negó la tutela interpuesta por el ciudadano RUBEN DARIO LONDOÑO PEREZ.
- SEGUNDO. En consecuencia, ADVERTIR al peticionario que deberá elevar previamente una solicitud de rectificación ante la empresa DATA CREDITO -División COMPUTEC S.A.- de conformidad con lo establecido en el numeral 6o del artículo 42 del Decreto 2591 de 1991. Si hecha la solicitud de rectificación, ésta no fuere atendida, entonces será procedente la acción de tutela.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado
- Décimo. de Familia de Santafé de Bogotá, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
