- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. (4deg) Civil del Circuito de Neiva, el dieciocho (18) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996) y por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Campoalegre, el once (11) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), por las razones expuestas, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela a los derechos a la salud y al medio ambiente sano de la senora Maria Elena Burgos por las razones expuestas en la presente Sentencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Seccion de Saneamiento Ambiental del Hospital del Rosario de Campoalegre (Huila), que en el improrrogable plazo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, proceda a hacer cumplir el requerimiento 0627 del veintitres (23) de julio de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), por parte de la senora Soledad Herrera Bustos, si aun no se ha hecho. De igual forma, ordenar a la senora Maria Nirza Alvarez Collazos que en el mismo termino, proceda a erradicar las porquerizas que se encuentran dentro de su vivienda.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE, por Secretaria, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, en la forma y para los efectos alli contemplados.
