- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del Juzgado
- Tercero. (3o.) Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla, de fecha dieciocho (18) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995), que, a su vez, confirmó el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Puerto Colombia, el once (11) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995), denegando la tutela solicitada.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Puerto Colombia, para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
