- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes la Sentencia de la H. Corte Suprema de Justicia del 21 de septiembre de 1995 en la que se deniega la acción interpuesta por FREDDY VELILLA RAMOS y CESAR TULIO LOZANO SANDOVAL por los motivos expuestos en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a los accionados la sicóloga NORA BEATRIZ RAMIREZ y al mayor ALVARO RICO HERNANDEZ abstenerse de divulgar a terceros el contenido de los informes sicológicos practicados a los accionantes FREDDY VELILLA RAMOS y CESAR TULIO LOZANO SANDOVAL, mantenerlos en absoluta reserva y no incluirlos en sus respectivas hojas de vida. En caso de estarlo, se ordena retirarlos de inmediato para preservar el secreto profesional y el derecho a la intimidad.
