- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral de Popayán del 6 de agosto de 1999, por medio del cual negó el amparo solicitado.
- En su lugar, CONCEDER LA TUTELA del derecho al debido proceso administrativo. En consecuencia, se ordena a la Policía Nacional que, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha en que se someta a evaluación el peticionario, emita su dictamen sobre la pérdida de la capacidad laboral de éste.
- Se niega la tutela en lo relacionado con los gastos de transporte del actor.
- Segundo. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
