- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR en la T-366942, de Yolanda Laverde Jaramillo, la sentencia de primera instancia proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Manizales el 19 de julio de 2000 y REVOCAR la de segunda instancia de la Sala de Casación Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia del 15 de agosto de 2000.
- SEGUNDO. CONFIRMAR en la T-366921, de Luis Alfonso Soto Salgado, la sentencia de primera instancia proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Manizales el 4 de julio de 2000 y REVOCAR la de segunda instancia de la Sala de Casación Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia del 10 de agosto de 2000.
- TERCERO. Consecuencialmente ORDENAR en las tutelas de Yolanda Laverde Jaramillo y Luis Alfonso Soto Salgado que en cuarenta y ocho horas la Sala Administrativa del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Caldas rehaga e incluya en la lista de elegibles remitida al H. Tribunal Superior de Manizales, Sala Penal, el nombre de la doctora Yolanda Laverde Jaramillo y en la remitida al Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Caldas también se rehaga y se incluya a Luis Alfonso Soto Salgado, para los respectivos cargos de Secretario, según se ha hecho referencia en la presente sentencia.
- CUARTO. CONFIRMAR en la T-366322, de Luis Felipe Rodríguez Pérez, las sentencias del Juzgado 2º Civil Municipal de Cúcuta del 29 de mayo de 2000 y del Juzgado 4º Civil del Circuito de Cúcuta el 6 de julio de 2000.
- QUINTO. Por Secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
