- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia Consejo de Estado, Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo, Sección Segunda, de fecha veintidós (22) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995), que confirmó el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Sección Segunda, Subsección C, el veintiocho (28) de julio del mismo año.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR este fallo al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Sección Segunda, Subsección C, para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
