- PRIMERO. Confirmar la sentencia del 16 de Agosto de 1995 proferida por la H. Corte suprema de Justicia -Sala de Casación Penal- mediante la cual se confirmó la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Santa Fe de Bogotá.
- SEGUNDO. Comunicar la presente decisión a la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, con el fin de que proceda a dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
