- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas en primera instancia por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de San Antero y la de segunda instancia proferida por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Lorica, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela de la referencia.
- Segundo. En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela, de los derechos al trabajo y al acceso al desempeño de funciones y cargos públicos a la ciudadana Leticia Angulo Pérez.
- Tercero. ORDENAR al Alcalde Municipal de San Antero y al señor Contralor del Departamento de Córdoba, hacer entrega de las oficinas de la Contraloría Municipal de San Antero, a la ciudadana Leticia Angulo Pérez.
- Cuarto. CONMINAR al Alcalde Municipal de San Antero, y al mismo Concejo Municipal, para que se tomen las medidas orientadas a que en el presupuesto municipal del presente año, se incluya la partida presupuestal que garantice el normal funcionamiento de la Contraloría Municipal.
- Quinto. COMPULSAR copias del presente expediente a la Procuraduría General de la Nación para lo que considere pertinente.
- Sexto. LIBRAR por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
