Demanda de inconstitucionalidad contra el Acto Legislativo 02 de 2012, por el cual se reforman los artículos 116, 152 y 221 de la Constitución Política de Colombia.
Los demandantes formulan cargos por vulneración del principio de separación de poderes y por violación del derecho a la igualdad.
Al encontrar la Sala Plena de la Corporación que el Acto Legislativo demandando ya no hace parte del ordenamiento jurídico colombiano y que por ende, existe carencia absoluta de objeto sobre el que recaiga cualquier eventual decisión, decide abstenerse de realizar un nuevo pronunciamiento al respecto y, en consecuencia, ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en la sentencia C-740/13 que declaró inexequible el Acto Legislativo 02/12.
