- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. ESTESE A LO RESUELTO en la sentencia No. C-536 de 1996 que declaró inexequibles los apartes acusados de los artículos 13 inciso 1o. de la Ley 3a. de 1986 y 304 inciso 1o. del Decreto-Ley 1222 de 1986.
- Segundo. Declarar INEXEQUIBLE el artículo 65 inciso 1o. del Decreto-Ley 1221 de 1986 en la parte que dice "En los estatutos de los establecimientos se precisará qué actividades pueden ser desempeñadas por personas vinculadas mediante contrato de trabajo".
