- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. Declarar INEXEQUIBLE en su integridad el Decreto Legislativo 1532 de 1995 "por el cual se adiciona el Presupuesto General de la Nacion para la vigencia fiscal de 1995".
- SEGUNDO. Disponer que los efectos de la presente declaratoria de inexequibilidad solo se produciran a partir de la notificacion de esta sentencia.
