INHIBIRSE, por las razones anotadas en la parte considerativa de esta providencia, de emitir pronunciamiento de fondo respecto de la exequibilidad del proyecto de Ley Ndeg 231 de 2000, Senado; Ndeg 101 de 1998, Camara, "Por la cual la Nacion se vincula a la conmemoracion de los ciento quince anos de fundacion del Municipio de Bolivar, Departamento del Valle del Cauca y se autorizan apropiaciones presupuestales para proyectos de infraestructura e interes social y ambiental".
