- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresión "establecimiento público del orden nacional" contenida en el artículo 1o. del Decreto 2083 de 1994, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el literal c) del Artículo 6o del Decreto 2083 de 1994, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- Tercero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresión "agente del Presidente de la República de su libre nombramiento y remoción" contenida en el artículo 8o. del Decreto 2083 de 1994, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
