- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- RESUELVE :
- INHIBIRSE para emitir pronunciamiento de fondo por carencia actual de objeto con respecto del parágrafo 6º, del artículo 16 de la ley 141 de 1994, "Por la cual se crean el Fondo Nacional de Regalías, la Comisión Nacional de Regalías, se regula el derecho del Estado a percibir regalías por la explotación de recursos naturales no renovables, se establecen las reglas para su liquidación y distribución y se dictan otras disposiciones", por haber sido derogado por el artículo 73 de la ley 508 de 1999.
