- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Decláranse EXEQUIBLES el Convenio 174 "sobre la prevención de accidentes industriales mayores", y la Recomendación 181 "sobre la prevención de accidentes industriales mayores", adoptados en la 80a. Reunión de la Conferencia General de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo en Ginebra el 22 de junio de 1993, así como de su ley aprobatoria No. 320 de 1996.
- Segundo. Comuníquese al Gobierno Nacional -Presidencia de la República y Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores- para los fines contemplados en el artículo 241 numeral 10 de la Constitución Política.
