ACLARACIÓN DE VOTO DEL MAGISTRADO ALFREDO BELTRÁN SIERRA CON RELACIÓN A LA SENTENCIA C-278 DE 5 DE ABRIL DE 2006 (Expediente D-5777)Con el respeto acostumbrado por las decisiones de la Corte Constitucional, expreso mi aclaración de voto en relación con lo decidido en la sentencia C-278 de 5 de abril de 2006 (Expediente D-5777), por cuanto en ella se decidió estar a lo resuelto en la sentencia C-1040 de 2005, respecto de la cual salvé el voto por cuanto considero que por las razones expuestas entonces el Acto Legislativo No. 02 de 2004 “por el cual se reforman algunos artículos de la Constitución Política y se dictan otras disposiciones” para autorizar la reelección inmediata del Presidente de la República es inconstitucional en su integridad.Fecha ut supraALFREDO BELTRÁN SIERRAMagistrado
