- ESTARSE a lo resuelto en la sentencia de la Corte Constitucional C-252 de mayo veintiseis (26) de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), en virtud de la cual se declararon inexequibles el articulo 36 de la ley 35 de 1993, en el aparte que dice: "...lo mismo para adoptar un procedimiento administrativo especial aplicable a la Superintendencia Bancaria", y los numerales 1deg a 9deg del articulo 335 del decreto 663 de 1993.
