- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar inexequibles las expresiones "de que trata el Decreto 264 de 1993" y "en los términos de dicho decreto" contenidas en el artículo 1º del Decreto 445 de 1993, de conformidad con lo resuelto en la Sentencia Nº C - 171 del 3 de mayo de 1993.
- Segundo. Declarar inexequible el artículo 3º del mismo estatuto en su parte final, que dice "sin perjuicio de la aplicación de los demás criterios a que se refiere el artículo 2º del Decreto 264 de 1993".
- Tercero. Declarar exequibles los artículos 1º, salvo las expresiones señaladas en el numeral primero, 2º, 3º, salvo la parte señalada en el numeral anterior, 4º, 5º, 6º y 7º del Decreto Legislativo 445 de 1993.
