- Segundo. En los términos del artículo 16 del Decreto 2067 de 1991, esta providencia surte efectos a partir del día siguiente a la notificación de la sentencia C-122 del 12 de marzo de 1997, por medio de la cual se declaró inexequible el Decreto 080 de 1997.
