- Primero. Declaranse EXEQUIBLES "El Convenio para la Cooperacion en el marco de la Conferencia Iberoamericana, suscrito en San Carlos Bariloche, Argentina, el quince (15) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995)" y la Ley 558 del 2 de febrero del ano 2000, por medio de la cual se aprobo este Convenio.
- Segundo. Comuniquese esta decision al Gobierno Nacional por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Presidencia de la Republica, y enviese copia autentica de la misma para los efectos constitucionales previstos en el numeral 10 del articulo 241 de la Constitucion.
